Oh wow both are fabulous! I adore the colour of the second one, and it's more of a turquoise/green which means you'll stand out more. I love the simplistic almost 90s-esq cut of it too.
Well...if u want my professional opinion u should go with the darker/emerald green. Based on the color pattern in your hair, skin and eyes, the lighter color will make you fade into the dress and make you look washed-out. The lighter green would look good on a blonde. Your eyes based on your close up pics are hazel/green...the emerald green will highlight that and balance the harmony in your skin, hair and eyes. Besides...yr too gorgeous not to be in everyone's face. Hope I helped a little bit.xo

First dress most definitely! Not that the second one isn't pretty, it is very lovely, but I just have this thing for strapless dresses. Plus is has a bit more of a wow factor. Whichever you choose, have fun!!!
